Item Description
Original Item: Only One Available. Totally inert and demilitarized according to BATF guidelines with hollow body and inert fuse. This grenade cannot be converted to an explosive device and is not available for export.
This is an excellent copy of the Yugoslavian/Serbian M75 Defensive grenade, marked БР.М 75, as used in the Bosnian conflict in the mid-1990’s. This design was copied by some of the fighting parties, and produced in large numbers. The grenade is a standard recent design fragmentation grenade, with shrapnel embedded in a plastic resin matrix.
This particular version was manufactured in Yugoslavia prior to the conflict, as identified by the three letter Cyrillic factory code on the side of the grenade: СРБ (SRB in English). It is in great shape, with intact yellow paint stamps on the body, and black paint stamps on the "spoon". The fuze assembly unscrews, so the interior can be inspected. A great opportunity to pick up a recent grenade from a well-known conflict!
