Original Item: Only One Available. Each province in Thailand has a special operations 'SWAT' unit to deal with high risk situations. After a Provincial Police Officer passes Chaiya training, they have the option of joining one of these units.
These units consist of a number of officers specifically trained for situations which are too risky for a normal officer to handle including kidnappings and the arrest of violent criminals. Unlike normal officers, officers in these units are trained in the use of heavy weapons which might be needed to carry out their duties.
This is a lovely example of a slightly used OG-107 Class 1 American made Tiger Stripe uniform top. The jacket is constructed of a sturdy rip-stop poplin and has no damage or extensive wear present. The shoulder sleeve insignia on the left shoulder identifies this as having been used by a member of the Special Operations “SWAT” units. The left breast side features a lovely embroidered Thai parachutist wings. The right side has either a name tape or unit designator but unfortunately we have not been able to identify it.
This is a lovely seldom seen example. Comes more than ready for further research and display.
