  • Original Item. One-of-a-Kind. This is a gorgeous tan uniform set consisting of a custom-made Ike jacket and trousers worn by an Engineer Major who served with Task Force Kiska as well as the Alaska Defense Command.


    The uniform bears Major ranks on both shoulders, with the left sleeve bearing a gorgeous bullion Alaska Defense Command patch, with a staggering five bullion overseas stripes on the cuff. The right sleeve bears a gorgeous bullion Task Force Kiska patch, with a gorgeous bullion Meritorious Service Unit Patch Wreath on the cuff, stitched upside down. There are US & Engineer officer’s collar insignia, and a three-place ribbon bar featuring the US Victory Medal, the Pacific Campaign medal with one campaign star and an invasion arrowhead, and the American Campaign medal.


    The trousers are in good condition with a lovely sewn period repair in the back.


    This is a lovely uniform grouping, ready for further research and display!
