Original U.S. Korean War Airborne Schrade Walden NY M2 Paratrooper Pocket Knife

Regular price $595.00

Item Description

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very nice WWII-Style Korean War paratrooper pocket knife manufactured by Schrade Walden in New York sometime between 1950-1956. These are almost identical to the WWII issue, with the main differences being markings and the more durable plastic grips. This is a nice service worn example offered in fair condition.

The knife is marked on the base of the blade (ricasso) as follows:

SCHRADE
WALDEN
NY

It has a roughly 3 1/2” blade with an overall length of 8 5/8”. The spring is still functional but has a bit of play. This example shows signs of honest wear from use, and very light sharpening, as well as some past oxidation. This example never had a ring at the bottom, as most did.

Comes ready for further research and display.
