Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very interesting and small WWII Era U.S. flare pistol which used 25mm flares. The pistol is intended for emergency marine and aviation use.
The pistol is marked on the top of the barrel:

The large green pull button sets the trigger, and the small silver slide button opens the barrel. The pistol appears to be functional. A great example, ready for further research and display.
