Yes; it will hold water! For added authenticity it is stamped with the English ordnance arrow on the bottom. However, these were used by many nations including use in the U.S. Civil War. These buckets were craftily designed to be folded, accordion style, for easy transport. Complete your collection or display with this ingenious reproduction! Holds approximately 1.5 gallons.
