Only One Available: Very high quality, German-Made, reproduction 1:1 Scale instrument panel for a WWII Luftwaffe ME-109G Fighter.
The panel was professionally made by the German company SIMPARTS, who make accurate reproduction parts and components of classic aircraft for restorations and flight simulators. The panel is made of a grade of plywood just as the ME-109s were during WWII. The blind and instrument panels are the correct Panzer Grey color. There are some minor scratches and blemishes, but nothing that overall detracts from the display appearance of the piece.
The panel comes with five instruments. One is cast in resin, which is the Undercarriage (Landing Gear) Indicator. The Manifold Pressure Gauge, Tachometer, and Fuel Gauge are exact copies of the original but are flat in shape and will illuminate under a black light, just as the originals did. The Pitch Gauge is an Original WWII relic housing without the face or internal mechanism. All other slots are made to fit original gauges, which can be located.
A great project piece to finish if one desired, or perfect just as it is for display!
