Original Item: The Indian Army determined that there was a need for a bayonet for their 1A (L1-style) that would be longer than the standard 8-inch bayonet used extensively with FAL-derived rifles. The result is the long 1A bayonet, which has a 10-inch blade. Grip, pommel, cross guard, and other features are identical to the short 1A bayonet. The bayonet includes a steel scabbard. The bayonet has new wood grips that stand ?proud? like the originals.
