Item Description
Original Item: Only One Available. This little pistol is in just lovely condition, having come from a Collection amassed in the 1950's and 1960's and then remained in storage ever since. This is the basic self defense pocket pistol of the early 19th Century. The action bears some simple leaf engraving on both sides, and on the left side of the frame there is an E.L.G. in an oval, indicating it was originally manufactured in Liège, Belgium, for the European market.
The design of this pistol is quite simple, indicating this was for use, not for display. It has a tiny 2 1/2" Octagonal Barrel, simple frame engraving, simple iron trigger guard and slab sided wood bag grip.
Measuring just 6 " in overall length, ideal for a side pocket or even a lady's garter. Ready to display.
