Original Item: Only One Available. Excellent condition incredible vibrant colored vintage unfolded Dutch World War II Poster (measures 27 1/2" x 43 1/2" [70 x 110 cm]). Signed by the artist Winfield.
Holland the Home of a Free People, the 1940s Dutch World War II (WWII) war poster ("No Surrender!") featuring art of a soldier with a Dutch flag tied to his rifle while people flee a burning town in the background. Has incredible coloring, with deep orange background (color of the Dutch state) and vibrant colors of the burning in city on the horizon. This poster was printed to help raise funds by Dutch expatriates located overseas in order to provide foreign aid for the Dutch war effort.
Originals of this poster are exceptionally difficult to find, especially ones in this wonderful condition.
