  • Original Item: One of a Kind. This is a very attractive Flintlock pistol decorated, with a stand of arms on the brass cannon barrel. This is exactly what a French Officer or for that matter any Officer in Washington's Continental army might well have carried.

Fitted with a 7 inch long brass "cannon" barrel, with a steel breech plug and tang. The wood stock comes right up to the nose of the weapon. It is fully brass mounted in the "French" style and does bear some Officer's initials on the silver escutcheon plate, looks like L.R. perhaps. Comes complete with wood ramrod and the pistol has an overall length of 12 1/2".

    Cleaned and ready to display!
