Item Description
Original Item: One-of-a-kind. This is a period authentic World War One German biscuit tin manufactured by KREAMER who was a well known prolific maker of kitchen equipment and tins. The tin measures 6” tall and 6” wide, and the top opens/closes properly. The tin has been painted in the motif of an Iron Cross and it dated 1914, it also bears the Bavarian blue/white shield. No doubt the work of a bored soldier in the trenches during. Overall condition is good, shows rust and paint wear, but still a very eye pleasing addition to any collection, plus its a great place to hide your “cookies”!
