Original Items: Very Few Available. These are Hungarian made bayonets for the AUSTRO-HUNGARIAN Empire, made to fit the Mannlicher 1895 straight pull bolt action Rifle. This was the principal Rifle of the FIRST WORLD WAR for the Austrian Empire. In Hungary it was named Gyalogsági Ismétlő Puska M95; "Infantry Repeating-Rifle M95".
Each Bayonet is stamped on the 9 1/2" blade "FG " over "GY" standing for "FEMURA FEGYGER ES GEPGYAR, " of Budapest. Over 14" in overall length plus scabbard. In overall excellent greasy condition just as received from the Arsenal in the 1960s.
