Original Items. Very Few Available. We are offering a small amount of original Pre-WWI era M-1871/84 Rifle Ammunition Pouches in heavily worn and stiffened condition. Each example retains some sort of marking, whether that be a maker mark, unit mark, or both.Some examples are missing their back buckle, some are so stiff that the lid will no longer open, and a couple have the lids already broken off, but most are in fair condition and will display well. These are difficult to find in any condition, especially with markings. An example of markings: Wurt. Inf. Regt. No. 123 and 120. R. 1876.They are heavily worn and the leather has become very stiff, with most example missing certain pieces. Still, they will work well enough for display, and to find a 150+ year old leather ammunition pouch in any condition is difficult enough. Get one before they’re gone!
