Original Items. Only One Lot Available. This is a fantastic lot of much-needed Pickelhaube pieces that will help complete a helmet in your collection.
The lot includes:
-Pickelhaube M1915 Helmet shell with full liner and leather tie string. This shell still has both holes for the Wappen and both bales for the Chinstrap, but has some scuffing and nicks on the crown as shown.
-Prussian Wappen Oxide plated steel frontplate. The wappen features a crowned Prussian state eagle clutching a scepter and orb in its claws, over the King's motto, MIT GOTT FÜR KOENIG UND VATERLAND (With God for King and Country, i.e. Prussia). The wappen retains its two metal loops on the back.
-M15 Back spine in great shape with most required parts.
-Three M15 Spike bases. The M15 had a removable spike, and these are three of the bases which would hold the spike. One of the bases has the four rivets, the other two have none.
-Bottom piece of a Bavarian Wappen reading IN TREUE FEST. The wappen is missing about 70% of its body.
