Original Item: Only One Available. Constructed of solid brass, aluminum, and steel, this scope is in very good used condition with clear optics and reticule. It retains 95% of it's original black paint and finish, and all optics are clear. Focus adjustment functions as designed. Optics have both a vertical and horizontal aiming reticule. There is also a lever on the bottom to switch the between the standard view, and view with original orange light filter. The manufacture information is clearly legible, including the manufacture NIKKO, type 4 x 15° and serial number 216. Measuring approx. 7" long, there is a fixed mount for locking on top of the main gun. A hard to find high quality gun sight used by the Imperial Japanese Naval gunners during World War Two.
