Item Description
Original Item: Only One Available. This is perhaps one of the rarest WWII era helmets we have ever had the pleasure of offering! This is a scarce Vz25 Combat Helmet, which was Czechoslovakia’s first indigenously designed and manufactured combat helmet. Previously the Czech Army used a combination of French M-1915 Adrians, Spanish Adrian Copies, German M-1916 Stahlhelms, and Austrian M-1917s. Clearly the Vz.25 was based on the French Adrian, however modified to give the wearer more protection.
The helmet we are offering has been restored long ago with a reproduction “Rampant Lion” Badge, and a liner from a later WWII period Vz 32 Helmet. The helmet does appear to have original paint, showing signs of wear from honest use and storage. These helmets are incredibly hard to find, with only advanced collector’s generally trading these amongst themselves. It should be noted that this is the “true” Vz25, not one of the later Vz 28 or Vz29 helmet which is far more common.
This is a wonderful opportunity to obtain an incredibly hard to find Pre-WWII European Helmet, one which even some advanced collectors and even some museums do not even have in their collection! Ready for display!
