Original Item: Dating from the later part of the 19th century this is a bronze bust of the First President of the United States; George Washington. The reverse is marked: Reduction of Houdon's Bust of Washington Made From Life in 1785. The bust is in very good condition, heavy and measures: 7" Tall x 2 1/2" Wide at base x 2 1/2" Deep at base.
