Item Description
Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice Post WWII Custom "Theater Made" Ranger Knuckle knife, complete with scabbard. There were a multitude of different designs out there, and each was made to fit the specific desires of the soldier who wanted them. This example features a 6 inch double edged spear point blade, set into steel "brass knuckles" with a wooden hand grip. The overall length of the knife is 9 1/2 inches, and it has a Ranger Skull inlaid into the Grip, with US RANGER stamped into the back of the grip. The style is typical of those used during both the Korean and Vietnam conflict, though we suspect this is closer to Vietnam in terms of age.
The knife is in very good shape, and is still relatively sharp, though this was more of a stabbing than a cutting weapon by design. The grip has wear and some scratching, but is still solid on the knife. The included scabbard fits the knife like a glove, and was custom made to fit it. It has a very nice securing strap with a fairly heavy buckle, and a belt slot in the back.
A great example of a custom made U.S. Ranger Knife, ready to display!
