Original Item: Only One Available. During World War II, specially designed milk bottles helped to support the war effort. The war slogan messaging on the bottles encouraged the average person to buy war bonds and stamps. This is an excellent example of a breakfast table billboard. Milk is a common beverage for any meal and when you combine an advertisement to raise further awareness for the Bond Drive, this made for an excellent source of advertisement.
The bottle is in wonderful condition with a clear picture and message, but unfortunately there is chipping around the mouth. The bottle is a falf gallon size and measures approximately 11 ¾” x 4 ½”.
