This grenade has the finish and quality typical of either Chinese or North Vietnamese manufacture from the Vietnam War period. China supplied much in the way of arms to North Vietnam at the time. It has a long handle stick attached to the warhead with a single nail through the bottom of the body. The heavily lacquered handle is missing some lacquer and has traces of markings. The screw-on end cap is present, and can still be removed, showing the stick interior. The body is of the long, smooth cylindrical pattern.
Overall length is about 8 1/2 inches, and the grenade is in very good condition.
