Original Item: Only One Available. This is a stellar Vietnam War NVA/VC training grenade set consisting of two fully wooden fabrications of ChiCom stick grenades in an original period 2-cell pouch. This is not deactivated ordnance as the grenades were never live, and are 100% wooden, but this set is Not Available for Export.
The grenades are carved from wood with the bark being kept on the “heads” with the shafts being carved down and covered in a lacquer of some sort. The included pouch is in rough condition with holes in the bottom as shown, but both belt loops are retained as well as the straps to retain the grenades.
A very nice set, the first Vietnam training set we have offered. Comes ready for further research and display.
