Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice high quality officer's WWII German M34 overseas cap feldmutze of the Army Heer Infantry. Shows light wear with some minor nips in the wool body. Constructed of field-grey woolen cloth, silver officer rank piping, grey painted brass ventilation rivets, and a green twill inner lining with front leather sweatband.
On the front of the crown is midwar version of the eagle and swas badge, in silver on dark green with crisp lines and coloring and on the front of the turn-up is a roundel or cockade in (from the center out) red, silver bullion and black woven on a dark green diamond-shaped backing.
A high quality officer's overseas cap from the midwar period offered in very nice condition at an affordable price!
