Original WWII Thailand M30/32 Siamese Combat Helmet

Item Description

Original Item: Only One Available. During WWII Thailand held some of largest Japanese Military bases. If you were a nation occupied by the Japanese in WWII you find yourself awash in Japanese military materiel upon their surrender.  Suddenly your army (such as it is) has lots of helmets. During WW2 these helmet were re-issued to the Thai army standard helmet with symbol "Chankra" (Inscription in Thai : "Sacrifice for fatherland ") and interior was altered to accept the French M26 liner and chinstrap.

This is an excellent rare example complete with original paint, original helmet plate, liner and chinstrap. You can find one of these on eBay in lesser condition for almost double the money!
