Item Description
Vintage Replica Item: Only One Available. This is a fantastic extremely high quality Mac-11 "Plug Fire" replica gun, made by the well-known Model Gun Corporation (MGC) of Japan. This is, by far, one of the absolute best examples of one of these MGC replicas we have ever had the pleasure of offering! It appears to have never been fired, or handled very much at all! Comes with excellent condition original packaging materials!
The finish on this replica is astounding. The plastic furniture is not cracked or broken anywhere. Only showing some scuffs where the folding stock rubbed against it. The frame is non-magnetic, and other portions that are pot metal are the pressure-bearing pieces, such as the barrel and trunnion, required per Japanese law at the time.
These are incredible replicas that are almost superior to a dummy gun made from original parts kits, which generally are welded. These models disassemble just like the originals. One can cock the bolt with the charging handle, pull the trigger, and the bolt slams forward! Unlike a much more expensive dummy gun that has none, if any, moveable parts. On an MGC, everything works!
The replica comes with an excellent condition original 1960s box, 1 magazine, cleaning gear, small web sling and x15 cartridges. These work with replica "cartridges”, which have small caps "plugged" into the front of them, which are then detonated by the replica bolt. These were ejected like real spent cartridges, and could be reloaded with additional caps.
This is a very nice replica and feels almost the same as the real thing! Great for reenactors and collectors alike.

The MAC-11 (Military Armament Corporation Model 11) is a machine pistol/submachine gun developed by American firearm designer Gordon Ingram at the Military Armament Corporation (MAC) during the 1970s in Powder Springs, Georgia, United States. The weapon is a sub-compact version of the Model 10 (MAC-10), and is chambered to fire the smaller .380 ACP round.
This weapon is sometimes confused with the Sylvia & Wayne Daniels M-11/9, its successor the Leinad PM-11, or the Vulcan M-11-9, both of which are later variants of the MAC chambered for the 9 mm Parabellum cartridge. Cobray also made a .380 ACP variant called the M12.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
BLANK GUNS ARE NOT TOYS! Never ever point your blank gun at another person (except for movies, plays etc where that type of behavior is expected). Even though they don't shoot a projectile they can be mistaken for the real thing.
Do not carry your blank gun in public. It should NEVER be carried on the street, hidden on your person, or left carelessly in your car. Do not leave it where it is accessible to unsupervised children or irresponsible adults. If a police officer sees you with one he will shoot first ask questions later. These blank guns look and sound real.
Wear ear protection when firing blank guns. The 8mm round is very loud and can damage hearing. When using a blank-firing, stage prop pistol, always fire them with arm fully extended and at a safe distance from any other person. Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction. NEVER point any blank-firing or stage prop pistol at any person.
When blank-firing stage prop pistols are fired, gunpowder gas is vented forward and sideways through the front of the cylinder, NOT from the muzzle. This gas is hot, and may contain small particles of powder debris. At arm's length it dissipates harmlessly into the air, but if your hands, face or other parts of your body are in close proximity to the vent hole it can cause burns, cuts or abrasions.
