Original Item: This original pistol kit has never been used and is in perfect condition. All the original packing materials are present. The dates (Nov 1943) on the pistol, the flares, and the flare carton match. This is the pistol issued to all Liberty ships and to many US Navy ships during WW2. Although used pistols of this model are common on the collector's market, it is unlikely that there is another in its complete original issue condition like this.
